Cisco’s SaaS (Software as a service) portfolio was a wild jumble of different network security products acquired via various acquisitions that were collectively referred to as “SaaS Business Entities” or (BEs). The business was losing out to its competitors solely due inconsistencies in the customer experience across these products. With “Reimagine”, the goal was to unify the customer and business experiences of Cisco’s SaaS offerings

The funnel was divided in three phases, namely, Awareness and Consideration, followed by Conversion & Fulfilment and finally, Engagement & Loyalty. Once the client SaaS company mastered this part of the funnel, it could easily convert potential leads to customers


The team conducted five different workshops with different BEs to understand about the Current State Journeys, pain points, Tools Used, Personas involved overall. This along with a clear understanding of theProcesses utilised by the project team helped us gain better understanding and spot areas to innovate for Extensive Competitor Analysis and Key Concepts and Ideas.
Overall, the research and discovery phase helped us in envisioning future experiences in customer journey and interaction to a great extent.

The final deliverables for the phase included Future State Journeys, Affinity Mapping, Comparison Charts, Wireframes, and Design Concepts & interactive Prototype.
